The right answer.
In the reader’s language.
A translated article shouldn’t be where the language experience stops. Answer Agent follows the language your visitor selects, so the conversation stays with them.
Help more customers help themselves.
As your customer base grows, clear guidance and immediate answers can help reduce the questions that become support tickets.
Refine the wording
Give translated Docs and Changelog content a human review for terminology, tone, and clarity.
Roll out each language separately
Keep a language hidden while you prepare it. Make it visible when the content is ready for customers.
Retranslate with intent
When source content changes, choose what to translate again. Hyperdocs confirms before replacing existing translated content, including your edits.
Questions about
multilingual docs
More detail, whenever you need it.
Read the documentationWhat is multilingual documentation?
Multilingual documentation makes the same product knowledge available in more than one language. In Hyperdocs, you translate content into separate language versions and choose when each version becomes visible to readers.
Can I build a multilingual knowledge base or help center?
Yes. Translate your how-to guides, onboarding articles, and support content to create a multilingual knowledge base. Readers can switch to a language you have enabled on your published site.
What content can I translate?
The multilingual workspace has separate tabs for Docs, Changelog, and API Reference. You can translate individual items or select content in bulk within the active content type and language.
Can I edit an AI translation before publishing?
Yes. For Docs and Changelog, open the translated item in the editor and refine the language yourself. Translations begin as drafts, and publishing is a separate step. See the translating items guide for the complete workflow.
What happens when I translate an item again?
Hyperdocs asks you to confirm before replacing an existing translation. Retranslation overwrites that translated content, including manual edits. Review any refinements you want to preserve before proceeding.
Can I hide a language without losing its translations?
Yes. Turn off the language’s visibility toggle to hide it from readers. The translations remain in your workspace, ready for you to make visible again.
Does Answer Agent use the reader’s language?
Yes. Answer Agent follows the language selected by the reader on your docs site. For example, a visitor browsing in French receives answers in French; you do not configure a separate agent for that language.
Your product crosses borders.
Your docs can too.
Build a multilingual documentation experience that helps more customers learn, find answers, and move forward.
